These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and The Application LLC, a Colorado limited liability company that operates The Application (theapplication.app, thegrad.app, and theundergrad.app). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using The Application
The Application is a tool for tracking college and graduate school applications. By creating an account, you agree to use it for that purpose and to keep your login credentials secure.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the information you enter and for activity under your account. You retain ownership of your data; we store it to provide the service.
Payments
Some features are paid. Payments are processed by Stripe, and any applicable fees are shown before you purchase. Paid AI features may consume usage as described at the point of purchase.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the service — no attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the platform, or using it for anything unlawful.
Availability and warranty
The Application is provided on an “as is” basis while in active development. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability and recommend keeping your own copies of anything critical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
